Tours are self-guided with audio handset (in 34 languages), BSL/ASL tablet, Braille and Children’s tour included with your ticket.

Please choose an entry time slot for your arrival, you can stay as long as you like within our opening hours with an average tour time of 2 hours. Make sure you add in more time to enjoy lunch or tea and cake in the Royal Deck Tearoom.
- Some special offers or discounts are available when purchasing online. Simply enter the reference number at the checkout stage.
- Tickets will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided during online purchase.

Bookings can be moved to another date/time within our opening hours. Please note that if you have moved your booking into a different month where a higher ticket price is in place, an additional cost may be incurred to move the booking. When moving ticket dates, no refund on price difference is applicable.
- Refunds are available up to 48 hours before your visit for standard tickets. To request a refund, e-mail [email protected].
