Select a time to arrive. You can then stay on board as long as you wish within our opening hours. Tickets will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided during online purchase.
- Most special offers or discounts are available when purchasing online. Simply enter the reference number at the checkout stage. Armed Forces or Carer tickets are only available at the ticket desk. They cannot be pre-booked, but these tickets will be available for a visit on the day.
- T&Cs: This offer is available for EH residents of EH5, EH6 and EH7 postcodes 3 July – 31 August 2025, with the offer available to all EH postcode residents 1 – 31 August 2025. On the day of visit, you must bring along your booking confirmation and proof of address for admission. Tickets must be pre-booked through the Britannia website in advance, this discount is not available at the ship itself.
- On average, a tour takes 1.5 - 2 hours with additional time should you wish to visit the Royal Deck Tearoom.
- Tours are self-guided, available on your mobile or an audio handset and are included in the price of admission.
- Bookings can be moved free of charge.
- Refunds are available up to 48 hours before your visit. To request a refund, e-mail [email protected].
